Founded in 2019, Overflow Foundation brings hope and healing to individuals and families affected by su***de, mental illness, and substance use disorders.

In 2025, Overflow opened the Clubhouse Community of Hope in Aiken—a safe, welcoming place where people living with mental illness can build relationships, develop life skills, and discover greater independence.

Learn More About Our Regional Outreach Partner, Shade Tree Ministries

Mark and Sheila Bagwell founded Shade Tree Ministries to provide a place of rest, care, and renewal for ministry leaders, their spouses, and other community and organizational leaders. Their heart is to refresh those who spend their lives serving others so they can return to their ministries with renewed vision, joy, and strength.

With a particular passion for pastors and ministry families, the Bagwells offer a place of sanctuary where leaders can step away from the demands of ministry and simply rest. Their desire is to encourage and bless those serving on the front lines while helping prevent the burnout that can take such a toll on individuals, marriages, families, and churches.

The need for this kind of ministry is significant. Many pastors and their families experience discouragement, stress, and the challenges that come with serving in ministry, and many ultimately leave the profession.

Please pray for Mark and Sheila and for the ministry of Shade Tree Ministries as they create space for leaders to rest, be renewed, and experience God's care.

Shade Tree Recognizes the need for time away from the hectic schedules of the ministry profession. Our vision is to provide care and rest for those in ministry.
