Living Hope Christian Church

Living Hope Christian Church We sat in a living room in Apollo, PA, singing to the Lord in worship. He has pointed to Christ as the answer for our lives and helped us to know Him better.

A few weeks earlier in Fall 2021, the church many of us had been a part of for 30 years closed. Yet, the love God had given us for each other still remained, along with the desire to grow in our relationship with God by learning His Word. We also still wanted, as a church, to continue to show and tell others in the Kiski Valley of God's overwhelming love. That day in that living room became the fi

rst of many Sunday morning meetings of worship and Bible-preaching. Pastor Tom Laero, who has 30yrs of pastoral experience, hosted the gatherings along with his wife Lara, who has 40yrs of experience teaching the Bible to children. And so, God, through them and the rest of us, has birthed a new church, Living Hope Christian Church. From the beginning, Tom has preached Christ and Him crucified, and that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation. God has met us in many ways as a church since that day! We have seen lives changed by Jesus Christ and believers growing strong in faith. That is the most exciting thing. In addition, God also made a way for us--in our first year--to buy a building at 1596 Hancock, Apollo, PA (in Oklahoma Borough)! We invite you to come and worship with us Sundays at 11am.
