This past Saturday, our parish community came together for a wonderful Sorting Party for Communities Together!

Thank you to our Pro-Life Ministry and everyone who volunteered their time and energy to help sort donations and prepare items for local families in need. Your generosity and teamwork made a real difference in our community.

Today, we observe two meaningful occasions: Memorial Day and the memorial of Blessed Mary, Mother of the Church. As we remember those who gave their lives in service to our country, we also turn to Mary, Mother of the Church, asking her to pray for us and for all who have sacrificed for our freedom.

The Pastoral Center and the Adoration Chapel will be closed following the 8am Mass for our staff to spend time with family and friends.

This weekend, we celebrate Pentecost, often called the birthday of the Church. Jesus refers to the Holy Spirit as the “Advocate.” The Latin word for lawyer is “advocatus.” Like a lawyer, the Holy Spirit defends and guides us. So, when you’re in trouble, don’t forget — ask for your lawyer, and do what he tells you.
