Conscious Relationships: Healing the Patterns We Bring Into Love

Michelle Carbone is an intuitive coach and Rapid Transformational Therapist passionate about helping people heal subconscious patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create more conscious lives and relationships. After many years as the owner of a successful Norman travel agency, Michelle followed a deeper calling into transformational healing work, training in person in RTT developed by Marisa Peer. Her work blends spirituality, subconscious healing, mindfulness, and practical tools for personal transformation.

In this heart-centered talk, Michelle Carbone explores how childhood conditioning, subconscious beliefs, and emotional patterns shape the way we experience relationships. Blending spirituality with practical insight, Michelle will share how greater self-awareness can help us create more authentic, conscious, and connected relationships — both with others and with ourselves. A short meditation will also be included.

We look forward to seeing you in-person or on zoom on Sunday morning.

May 31 - Lenore Lowe (via zoom)

“Unveiling the Feminine Divine – Sacred Shapes for Wellness”

Lenore Lowe lives on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. She is an Ayurveda Yoga Wellness Consultant with many hours and accreditations in Yoga Philosophy, Practice and Pedagogy. As a graphic artist and writer, she has been inspired by the healing power of symbolism and the Goddess. At the age of 29, after direct experiences with Mother Divine, Lenore’s inquisitive nature embraced seeking more deeply the path of Mysticism for her life. Presently, she is in the process of becoming an Interfaith Minister with All Faiths Seminary International.

Lenore’s talk for Morning Star will be informed by Shaktism. She will show how five simple shapes in the lower chakras can help us to heal and find joy in our connection to all. Lenore has deep gratitude for the open-handed generosity of Eastern traditions and wishes to share the healing she has found in them with others.

We look forward to seeing you in-person or on zoom on Sunday morning.

“Spirituality After Religious Trauma”

Brooke Larimor, LPC, is a therapist and community builder based in Norman, Oklahoma. She specializes in helping individuals heal from religious trauma, and reclaim their sense of safety, belonging and self-trust. Brooke has been able to develop a path forward for many who need to unlearn what was once unquestioned in their lives. A compassionate, grounded, caring practitioner, Brooke believes healing from spiritual abuse is a deeply personal and yet profoundly communal experience. She is also the founder of the Oklahoma Religious Trauma Network.

In her talk for Morning Star, Brooke will help us understand the meaning of “Spirituality After Religious Trauma.” We will explore the process Brooke has developed to help individuals rebuild or release Spirituality outside of rigid systems. At that point it becomes possible to move forward in a way that feels safe and true.

“Descending Into Life: The Spiritual Power of Embodiment”

Ashley Coleman, B.A. in Psychology, is an ordained Shamanic Minister, Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Addiction Recovery Mentor. She brings a deeply integrative approach to her work, drawing from traditions including Buddhism, yoga philosophy, Christian mysticism, Taoism, and shamanism.

Through her teaching and practice, Ashley guides individuals to reconnect with the wisdom of the body—expanding self-awareness beyond the limits of the thinking mind and into lived, embodied experience. She is the founder of Winged Alchemy LLC, where she offers live events, a podcast, and online teachings dedicated to healing, recovery, and transformation. Her work empowers others to turn pain into insight, purpose, and authentic inner strength. She is especially passionate about addiction recovery, emotional healing, trauma-informed spiritual growth, and embodiment as a path to wholeness.

Ashley teaches that true spirituality is not about escaping life, but fully inhabiting it. As she shares: “Many have been taught that spirituality means rising above pain, body, emotion, and earthly life but true awakening is not escape—it is presence. It is descending fully into the body, into truth, into love, and into this sacred human life.” At Morning Star, Ashley will share insights and practices to help us heal, awaken, and rediscover the sacred beauty of being fully human.

We look forward to seeing you in-person or on zoom on Sunday morning.

Rev. Dr. Lora Coleman (Mother’s Day)

“Mysticism and the Sacred Feminine: Maternal Love as a vessel of the Divine Emanation “

“We are all meant to be mothers of God – for God is always needing to be born.” Meister Eckhart

Rev. Dr. Lora Coleman is a lifelong seeker and practitioner of spiritual wisdom. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who practices from a psycho-spiritual perspective. Rev. Dr. Lora is an ordained Interfaith Minister, soon to graduate from All Faith’s Seminary International with a Master’s degree in Divinity of Mysticism. With numerous certifications and over 30 years in private practice, she is a healer, a guide, a teacher and one who has explored many paths of Mysticism. Upon completion of this season of Seminary, she hopes to expand her outreach through workshops, spiritual companioning and writing on what it means to live as a modern day Mystic.

In her talk for Morning Star, Dr. Coleman will share how Mysticism does not define the Divine as male or female; therefore, the Sacred Feminine is not limited to women, but is a holy expression of Divine Love beyond gender – revealed through compassion, intuition, nurturing, creativity, wisdom, receptivity, and the power to sustain life. These qualities live within us all, and this experiential session will invite us to reflect on how we may become vessels of that love and embody its healing presence in the world.

We look forward to seeing you in-person or on zoom on Sunday morning.
