Norman, OK; June 14, 6pm-8pm
Norman Indivisible and Women in Action for All Norman will host a viewing of the Committee for the First Amendment’s live concert, “Rise Up, Sing Out” at St. Stephens United Methodist Church from 6 pm-8 pm on Sunday, June 14. Watch parties across the country will be joining to inspire support for our freedoms.
The event features performances by Rufus Wainwrihght, Bette Midler, Patti Smith, Sasha Allen, Joy Reid, Peppermint, Julia Roberts, Broadway Inspirational Voices, Wilson Cruz, and others creating an uplifting evening of song, solidarity, and action. The event will celebrate the freedoms guaranteed by our First Amendment and function as a rally for support to get out the vote on the 16th, the OK primary election day. There will be watch parties all over the country of people singing along, finding inspiration, and taking meaningful action together.

Norman Indivisible is a grassroots, all volunteer organization with a mission of progressive activism dedicated to the principles of justice, compassion, equity, and honesty. Women in Action for All Norman works together to voice concerns and develop strategies to address critical issues facing our community, state, and country.
