Nerf Night Reminder
It has been a long time since we've had a post here. You may have seen some info in our last student ministry update about a Nerf night. This is just a quick reminder that our Game Night/Nerf Night is tonight from 6-9 pm in the Activity Center at Grace. Please bring $5 to contribute toward food if you are able. I'll have snacks and pizza covered. Please bring a favorite game and/or a nerf gun if you have one.

Good afternoon Grace Students families!

If you're like me you've probably been keeping an eye on the weather for tonight. Although the conditions are rough at the moment it looks like the worst of the storm should clear out of the area within the next hour. With that in mind we are planning to move forward and meet tonight for the Purity Banquet and youth group. We are keeping an eye on the weather and will make a final call around 5 pm. It is of course a decision that each family will have to make, so we encourage you to talk and make the choice that is right for your family.

Hey parents! Quick reminder that our annual Rake and Run is tomorrow from 9am-12pm, followed by Monicals from 12-1pm. We'll finish up and have everyone get picked up from the Monicals on Main St (Near Bro-Menn). It sounds like we'll have a decent size group. Hey everyone! We are looking for individuals who would be willing to serve in many ways for the upcoming Live Nativity especially with the performance cast. As I talked to students it sounded like several plan to help, but haven't signed up yet. Please take a moment to signup today so we can get a better sense of how many costumes and roles will be needed. We are planning to have an initial practice Wednesday night.

Our first official night of youth group is tonight! As we start the year we will be taking time to talk about our identity in Christ with a new teaching series called restart.

One note for tonight: We will be walking around the neighborhood, with other members of the Grace Church family, passing out flyers for Back to Church Sunday. Please wear comfy shoes so we can walk around the neighborhood.

Hey everyone! As I mentioned in last week's email we have a leader meeting tonight, so there is no official youth group. The Mangolds have opened up their house though if anyone still wants together and hang out from 6-8 pm. Their address is 3606 Como Ct, Normal.
