God created angels for His honor and glory. They had different roles and positions of authority. Provided help, guidance, messages, etc. But they are not to be exalted, praised, or worshipped. That belongs to God.

Bible drills/lesson verses: COL 1:16. REV 5:11. HEB 12:22. ISA 6:1-2. EXE 1:4-14. REV 4:6-8. 1 PET 3:22. MAT 18:10. LUK 1:11. MAT 28:1. LUK 15:10.

We can follow their example in obeying God's will completely and immediately, not half-heartedly.

Though the church is SLOWLY reopening for in-person worship service beginning May 17, 2020, for safety for the children and expectant mothers, K4T at FIBC will continue to meet via Zoom Thursday evenings at 7PM. Same meeting ID and password as before.

Recap from 5/7/2020 K4T meeting:

Began with "All Things Bright and Beautiful" hymn.

Gen 1:4,10,12,18,21,25 - and God saw it was good.
Gen 1:31 - and, behold, it was very good.

But because of pride, Lucifer was cast out. We have to heed 1 Peter 5:8's warning as Satan tries to tempt us away from God. Adam and Eve made the wrong choice, and there were consequences: die physically and spiritually; work hard, earth was cursed (storms, tornadoes, famine, weeds, viruses (coronavirus) etc).

But God provided the way, the only way, to redeem us back to Him: Rom 5:12, 17-18.
