It took me many years to sort out the truth. But by the grace of God, I learned the truth. The kingdom of God, the kingdom of heaven are the same thing. The church (assembly of believers) is not the kingdom of God but member of the kingdom. Why should I make this distinction now?

There are many others like myself that have found what we were taught was not right according to the pure word of God. Men have crept in and taught the word to prove their point. This altered the path to the right ways of God.

The truth cannot stay hidden forever. God said my word will not come back to me void. It has accomplished in me and many others the right ways of God.

In this series, the truth matters. My opinion does not. My sincere hope is that you will see the truth and live accordingly.

I have heard people say over and over, "God doesn't need my money".

This is true. God himself does not need your money that he gave to you. Think about the statement. It is self-serving. It shows a lack of knowledge of the word of God.

God gives people money through the blessings of gainful employment. It is yours to do whatever you want with it. But what a lot of people fail to learn is God's will. So, people make self-serving statements to wiggle out of meeting with the other saints. It is such an ignorant move.

If people knew a little bit about what is written. There were two people in the new testament that sought to deceive the holy spirit by lying about what money they were giving. They wanted to make it seem like they were giving more than they received from the land they had sold.

The apostle told them that the money was theirs to do what they will with it.

This is the part that is glassed over.

Whatever money people have is theirs to do whatever they want with it. When you come to the assembly and you don't want to participate in the offering. DON'T!!!

God does not need your money.

It is more important to learn the will of God than to put money in the collection plate.

Philip went over to the eu**ch and asked him. Do you understand what you are reading? This is a basic question for anything in life. Those that have knowledge share it with those that are seeking knowledge.
The goal of this message is to find those that are looking to know Jesus from that which is written. The knowledge of God comes from the bible. Without the bible, it is impossible to know God.

Most people never learn that Sunday morning worship service is not a command but was born out of genuine love and affection for Jesus the Christ. There are some other factors in Jewish traditions that play into birth of this tradition. The tradition is an oral tradition and not a written command. It was past down by the behavior of the Apostles that Jesus sent into the world to spread the good news.

Meeting on the first day of the week is a tradition not a commandment. But that does not make it lessor than become.

Jesus Christ is the foundation of the body of believers. We all have the one faith that Jesus Christ is the son of God, he died on the cross and arose the third day. Be careful what you build on that.
