We are excited to introduce the leader of HYPE INC – Helping Young People Emerge In Christ, Elder Lauren Ridgeway, whose heart for young adults and passion for Christ-centered community continues to inspire and uplift. With a spirit of love, wisdom, and authenticity, she is dedicated to creating a space where young people can come as they are, grow in their faith, and discover their purpose in God.

Elder Ridgeway warmly invites all young adults to be a part of the HYPE experience—a place where we are committed to learning and growing together in Christ. Through fellowship, teaching, and genuine connection, HYPE is a community where no one has to walk their journey alone. This is the foundation of HYPE—building one another up, strengthening our faith, and walking together in unity.

Connection is vital to our spiritual growth. When we come together, we create opportunities for accountability, encouragement, and transformation. In community, we find support, healing, and the strength to become who God has called us to be.

Our HYPE Coffee House & Open Mic Night is more than just an event—it’s a space where young adults come together to connect, express themselves, and build meaningful relationships. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, we gather for fellowship, creativity, and authentic community.

Whether it’s spoken word, music, testimony, or simply sharing a moment over coffee, this night creates opportunities for everyone to be seen, heard, and encouraged. As relationships grow, so does our faith—allowing us to support one another and deepen our walk with Christ together.
