During the Nicaragua Mission Team’s recent report to the church family, team member Javier shared about the planting of trees:
"A gentleman came over to us and told us: 'This is not only going to be a blessing for us to eat, but all the medical things that each individual plant provides for us.'
All the things that we do are for multiple reasons."

This is a glimpse of heaven, as shared in Revelation 22:2:
“On each side of the river grew a tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, with a fresh crop each month. The leaves were used for medicine to heal the nations.”

Norcross First is grateful to the Lord to welcome Dr. Max Wilkins as our Interim Pastor!

As was announced during the August 16th worship service, Max (feel free to call him "Max"!) will serve as Senior Pastor for a season to bring strengthening, leadership and the teaching of the Word to the congregation.

“After a decade of worshipping alongside the good people of Norcross First, my wife Dee Dee and I love this church and her people.

I'm deeply excited about joining you in this journey as we look to the Lord who is "making all things new" and seek what new things the Lord wants to do in and through us all. None of us knows exactly what that is, but if it is from Him, we know it will be good.

My prayer for the church is the same as Paul's was for Philippi... "I'm confident of this, that He who began a good work in you is able to bring it to completion until the day of Christ Jesus our Lord” (Phil. 1:6).
