Kindergarten - 5th grade families:

We’ve secured group-rate lodging at beautiful Amicalola Falls State Park—complete with waterfalls, scenic hiking trails, and plenty of space to relax and explore. Our weekend will include a mix of group gatherings and unhurried family time, plus a shared space just for our group to connect.

UPDATE: Family Camp Registration: If you want to register for our first Family Camp, you need to act fast! There are only a couple of cabins/lodge rooms still available.

To book a room or cabin, call Amicalola Falls at 706-344-1500. Let them know that you are with a group and give them our code: 06696. You will receive a discounted rate. NOTE: you can no longer book online.

Campsite and Glamping sites are not discounted and can be booked on their website (https://amicalolafallslodge.com/accommodations/).

After booking your lodging, complete your Family Camp registration by completing this registration form below.
The cost is $15 per person and covers three meals.
• 2 breakfasts
• 1 lunch
• 1 dinner
Friday dinner will be on your own.

One of the greatest gifts of Project Kids Eat this summer has been the relationships we’ve built with the children and families we served. We don’t want those relationships to end when summer does! Instead, we want to keep showing up, sharing meals, and loving our neighbors throughout the year.

Our next PKE Neighboring Day will be Sunday, September 20, @ 11:30, following our worship service. We’ll enjoy lunch together at Campus and then head out into our neighborhood to share that same meal with families living in the extended-stay hotels. We would love for your family to join us!

Space is limited, and there is a $5 per person charge for lunch. Because we need to plan meals and serving teams, everyone who would like to participate must sign up in advance.

Our first PKE Neighboring Day was such a meaningful time of connection.

After sharing a meal together, families headed into the neighborhood to continue building relationships with the families we served through Project Kids Eat this summer. We’re grateful for every opportunity to keep showing up, loving our neighbors, and joining God in the work already happening in our community.

This summer, God showed up in so many beautiful ways through Project Kids Eat.
Together, our community delivered 7,311 meals, provided more than 170 bags of groceries and essential items, filled 655 volunteer spots, welcomed more than 200 volunteers, and raised over $3,000 through our PKE shirts.

But behind every number is a child, a family, a neighbor, and a reminder of what can happen when we choose to show up for one another.

We are so grateful for every volunteer, partner church, donor, family, student, coordinator, and friend who helped make PKE Summer 2026 possible.
What a gift it has been to watch God take our yes and turn it into something bigger than we could have done alone.

GAC is hosting Sissy Goff and David Thomas from Raising Boys and Girls on Friday, September 11 from 9:30–11:30 AM.

They’ll share practical, research-based tools to help parents raise capable kids who can navigate challenges, manage stress, and grow in confidence.
