Today is the Memorial of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We honor the pure and loving heart of Mary. Through her "yes" to God's will, she became the Mother of Jesus and the spiritual mother of the Church. Mary's immaculate heart teaches us surrender, trust, and unconditional love. May we entrust ourselves to her intercession and allow her to lead us closer to her Son. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us!

Today is the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. We honor the boundless love of Christ, whose heart burned with compassion for all humanity and poured out His life for our salvation. The Sacred Heart reminds us of Jesus' tender mercy, His willingness to suffer for us, and His desire to dwell in our hearts. May we contemplate the infinite charity of Christ's heart and allow His love to transform us. Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You!

Today is the Memorial of St. Barnabas, Apostle. Known as the "Son of Encouragement," St. Barnabas was a generous and faithful companion of St. Paul who believed in him when others doubted. He sold his possessions to help the poor, traveled on missionary journeys, and strengthened the faith of early Christians through his warmth and devotion. St. Barnabas, pray for us!

Religious Education registration for the 2026–27 year is now open (shorturl.at/kQQC3)! Families with children in K-8th grade are invited to register for A Family of Faith, our parish family catechesis program. The registration fee is $50 per family. Sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation/First Communion and Confirmation is completed in conjunction with participation in A Family of Faith. The registration deadline is July 20. Today is the Memorial of St. Ephrem, Deacon and Doctor of the Church. A 4th-century Syrian theologian and poet, St. Ephrem used beautiful hymns and writings to teach the faith and inspire devotion. His poetic genius brought Scripture to life and touched countless hearts with the love of Christ. Though he never received formal theological training, his wisdom and holiness earned him recognition as a Doctor of the Church. St. Ephrem, pray for us!

We are so proud that Fr. Chris Fagin was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Memphis yesterday! The Fagin family has been part of Mother Teresa since day one, and watching Chris answer God's call to the priesthood has been a tremendous blessing to our parish community. Fr. A 12th-century reformer and founder of the Premonstratensian order, St. Norbert dedicated his life to renewing the Church and combating heresy through preaching and community. He established Prémontré in France, which became a center of spiritual renewal and learning. St. Norbert's example teaches us that reform begins with personal conversion and authentic faith. St. Norbert, pray for us!
