A Different Kind of Church
Many people today feel caught between two realities.
Some love Jesus but feel disconnected in large, program-driven environments where it can be easy to attend without truly being known. Others have tried church before and walked away feeling that something important was missing—authenticity, depth, or a real encounter with God. And many people are simply searching, wondering if faith might actually be real.
Chapel Church exists for all of them.
Our name comes from the meaning of the word chapel—a house with an altar. Long before church buildings and large gatherings became common, believers met in homes to pray, study the Scriptures, and share life together. We believe there is something powerful about returning to that simplicity.
So we gather in homes, around tables and living rooms and even in coffee shops. We gather with a deep commitment to three things:
The Word of God – We believe the Bible is meant to be understood, wrestled with, and lived. Our gatherings prioritize thoughtful study and honest conversation about Scripture.
Prayer – We believe God is present and active. Prayer is not a formality but a central part of our time together as we seek Him, bring our needs before Him, and listen for His guidance.
Community – Real spiritual growth happens in relationship. Our goal is to create communities where people are known, supported, challenged, and encouraged to follow Christ together.
Whether you have followed Jesus for many years, have been hurt or disappointed by church in the past, or are simply exploring faith for the first time, you are welcome here. Chapel gatherings are places where questions are allowed, conversations are real, and people can encounter God in a meaningful way.
