Roots of Life Roots of Life Lutheran Community is a new(ish), Progressive, (ELCA) church. Roots of Life Community is a newly organized congregation, of the ELCA.

​God’s Work, Our Hands Sunday is our annual opportunity to join churches across the IN/KY Synod in serving our local community. Please note that there will be no formal service on Sunday, September 13.
​Instead, we are tackling two service projects:
​Sunday, September 13 at 10:30 AM: Gather at the Logan Street Theater to prepare items purchased for three local charities. Since we won't need the full morning for this, it's a great excuse to grab breakfast with friends afterward!
​Saturday, September 19 from 9:00–11:00 AM: Meet at Federal Hill for our annual Logan Street cleanup. Important: Every participant must sign a waiver this year (we'll have copies available on Sunday so Andrea can turn them in midweek).
