Final Engineering Report was submitted to DNR today. They should approved it soon. A temporary treatment trailer may be brought in in the next few weeks.

Survey is complete and have submitted preliminary engineering report to DNR. They hope to comment back to us this Thursday. Once we have addressed all their concern, we will proceed with construction plans.

We turned in the petition today! We had 61 of the 70 lot owners sign. Of the 9 that didn't sign, 3 are vacant homes for sale and 4 others are out of town and unsure when they will be back, only 2 refused to sign.

We hope to finish collecting signatures this week and turn in the petition to Christian County next week.

We sent the final draft petition to the County Commission today. Hopefully they will review and comment back soon so we can start getting signatures.
