We love the sentiment of wanting to do for others what’s been done for you. We love, serve, forgive, make space for and show consideration for others, in part because that was done for us. 1 John 4:19 “We love because he first loved us.”

The facility team serves this church so beautifully each week. This team would love to see more people get involved refreshing the campus throughout the week and after services.

The future is now! We look forward to revisiting this video several years from now, and reflecting on the ways we’ve seen God answer these prayers. The people who will come to faith, the marriages restored, the healing and community found. God is at work yesterday, today and tomorrow. This is His church and He continues to do great things. 🧡

Freedom in Christ is a gift — but how we use that freedom matters more than we often realize. In 1 Corinthians 8, Paul reminds us that knowledge without love only puffs us up, while love builds others up.

The real question is not just “am I allowed to do this?” but “will this cause someone else to stumble?” Our liberty is never worth the cost of a brother or sister losing their footing in the faith.

Paul’s conclusion cuts straight to the heart — if something causes my brother to stumble, I will give it up entirely (1 Corinthians 8:13). That is the high road. That is love in action.

It’s not too late to join in on this journey through 1 Corinthians and discover what it truly means to live free — not for ourselves, but for the glory of God and the good of those around us.
