We believe it to be infallible, the guide for our faith and way of living. (2 Timothy 3:15-17, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:21)
We believe there is one true God, without beginning or end. (Revelations 8) We believe in the Holy Trinity; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 3:22)
We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit and lived a perfect life without sin. (Hebrews 7:26, 1 Peter 2:22) He died on a cross, shedding His sinless blood as a substitute for the sins of all mankind. He was raised from the dead on the third day. He is now seated at the right hand of God until He returns to earth again. The human race fell from a "right relationship with God" to "separation from Him" by Adam's disobedience. The whole human race became under the curse of sin. Therefore, all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 5:12-19)
There is restoration only through Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross. It was not just physical death but shedding of His sinless blood. A person may be saved from judgment and hell by repenting and believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. Be believing in the death, resurrection and return of Jesus Christ a person is restored to right relationship with God, with the hope and assurance of everlasting life. (Luke 24:47, John 3:3, Romans 10:13-15, Titus 2:11, 3:5-7) This is not of ourselves but by God's grace. (Ephesians 2:10)
We believe and practice water baptism. Christ commanded us in Matthew 28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.". We believe in the ordinance of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit gives unique gifts to each person as He wills. (1 Corinthians 12:1-11)
We believe in Christ's return, the rapture, two resurrections of the dead and a final judgment. (Romans 8:23, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Titus 2:13)

This Sunday the message was on (Today) . We read in James 4:13 we say we will go and do this or that tomorrow but it says life is just a v***r it appears for just a little while then it's gone.. We should say if the Lord wills it we will go here and there and do this or that. I remember when the old folks would say I will do this or that if the good Lord is willing. You don't hear nobody say that anymore. We are so self confident and self reliant.Thats why we stay in trouble. We don't take the time to pray and wait on the Lord to see what we should go and do. Then we read Mathew 6:25 - 34. Alot of good reading but the focus is on verse 34 It pretty much says don't worry about tomorrow you've got enough to worry about today tomorrow will have its own problems. Yes we have to plan for tomorrow it's foolish not to plan for the future but yesterday is gone we might not see tomorrow but Today we are living and breathing. We don't need to take it for granted and enjoy what the Lord has given us Today .Then in Luke 12: 16 Jesus spoke a paribal about the the farmer that had a bumper crop a couple years so he makes plans to take down his old barns and build big new ones. I will have it made in the shade I will eat drink and be merry. But God said you fool tonight your soul shall be required if you. Now who will get your goods? WE live not knowing when we will take our last breath but the day is coming. Are you ready? Are you trusting in Jesus Christ and the sacrifice he made for us. Are you truly following him ? If Today was your last here on earth are you ready? That's the most important question we could ever ask ourselves Today. There was so much more the Lord brought in these verses. It's an amazing thing to just let the Holy Spirit bring things out of the word and speak to us. If we get anything out of the reading he leads us to it it's all him. Thank you Lord

This Sunday we were blessed to have two ladies come sing for us . Cindy Rhorer and Jody Brock sounded so good. We really enjoyed them. Our message was in John 4 the Samaritan woman at the well. She came only to get water but Jesus gave her living water. There's a lot of messages in this story. First. She told Jesus how will you get this water without something to draw with the well is so deep. The well in us is so deep we can't even see the bottom. The potential we have to do great things. The things we've kept down there because the devil tells us there is no use we will never do anything worth anything. We only see what's on the surface in people but Jesus knows the depths of his creation and only he can draw it up. Then when the women says give me this living water that I will never thirst Jesus first points out her sin. Jesus said go and call your husband. She said I have no husband .Jesus said you have told the truth .you have no husband but you have had five and the one you are with now is not your husband. Jesus wanted her to confess that she is living in sin. She needed forgiveness. Needs to be cleansed. This living water he offers saves us it cleans and it won't let us like to get dirty anymore. Then Jesus tells her the time is coming that we must worship in spirit and in truth. The traditions and all the things we do at church have to be done in the spirit. The songs the praying. The sermon . It has to get in line with the Holy Spirit or it's just empty traditions and meaningless words. Then the truth. We have to worship in the truth. The truth about where we stand today with the Lord. Are we walking in the light. That don't mean we are being perfect but are we being truthful about our walk. Are we confessing our shortcomings to the Lord so he can forgive us and help us overcome these things.In spirit and in truth. This Living water is what we all need. You know the water in an old cistern can only hold what we put in it. But a good well has a stream that never stops flowing and all we have to do is drink it. Jesus said the water that he gives will continuously spring up unto everlasting life. Lord thank you .

This Sunday we read the beatitudes and the sermon on the mound Mathew 5-6 and 7 . A lot of good messages came out as we read the things Jesus said.You don't have to be a scholar or a theologian to understand his sermon. Just simple truths that speak to the heart. That's what the words Jesus spoke are. You can't water them down you can't twist them. if you want to know how to live the Christian life. Read what the man that died for us said then live by it. It's not hard to understand. The confusion comes in when compromise comes in.He said build your house upon the rock not on the sand. Thank you Lord Jesus.

This Sunday along with the message on going forward I forgot to to add the message on growing . We can't move forward and grow spiritually with sin embedded in our lives. We really can't grow in that condition.It's like a plant in a little pot in will only grow so much then it just sets there root bound. If you buy an apple tree and leave it in its pot and set it out in the yard it will never grow and produce fruit no matter how much you water it. It's roots are bound. When our roots are bound by sin we are not going to grow not going to move forward. Any sin puts a little distance between us and God. The more obedient we are to our father the closer we get to him the more we grow in him. We are moving forward or moving backwards there is no such a thing as setting still in a Christians life . Either we are growing or slowly letting our love for the Lord die.

This Sunday the message was . Keep going forward. A friend of mine told me this. Then it seems the Lord led to these verses. Hebrews 12 it talks about running the race that has been sat before us with patience some translations it's says run with endurance. Then James 1:4 it's says let patients have her perfect work that he may be entire and wanting nothing. This race we are running is different for all of us. But we all need to keep going forward with patience and endurance even when we don't feel like it. When we fall we got to get back up. The Lord will never leave us to run this race alone.There was a lot more we read and talked about the Lord spoke to us through it I do believe. Lord thank you for your word. Thank you for your mercy and goodness in Jesus name Amen.

Look....Look. Jesus told Nicodemus. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness even so must the son of man be lifted up. Back in Numbers 21 God has sent the children of Israel poisonous snakes into the camp and around about. Because of their disbelief and complaining. Every day people were getting bit and dying. God told Moses to fashion a Brass snake and raise it up on a pole. When whoever was bitten looked at it they would not die. We have all been bitten by sin and headed to Hell . But Jesus says look at me hanging on the cross dying for you. Look at the blood I have shed for you. Look at the pain I am taking for you. Look at these nails driven through my hands and feet.Look at me crying out to my father but he has forsaken me because I have become your sin and he can't comfort me because his wrath is being taken out on me in your place. Look at me Look at me and be saved. Thank you Lord for your message this past Sunday.

1 John 6 . If we say we have fellowship with him and walk in darkness we lie and do not the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as he is in the light we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ his son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.9 If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned we make him a lier and his word is not in us. Having fellowship with him walking in the light. Confessing our sin to him. Being cleansed. Fellowship.Luke 23 talking about taking up our cross daily. Daily. Dying to self and the things of the flesh. We are called to not just to be saved and then that's it. We are called to grow into disciples so we can go and make other disciples of Jesus Christ.How can we do this without daily fellowship with the Lord.This should be our goal. To get saved is the greatest thing ever but it is for ourselves. Discipleship is for the others it's for the kingdom of God. Endeavor to be a disciple. These were some of our messages this Sunday. You can't carry it. That was the message this week.Jesus said come unto me all that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me for I am meek and lowly in heart and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. You can't carry it. You can't carry this world it will crush you. You can't carry the worry. You can't carry stress. You can't carry the pain.you cant carry the guilt. You can't carry the shame. You can't carry what people has done to you. It's to much. We are not supposed to carry it. we are supposed to lay it down at the foot of cross. And say Lord here it all is . I'm tired, I'm weak I just want to rest. Sweet rest Knowing that the Lord has got us. What could be better? Thank you Lord for taking our burdens. In Jesus name
