Our LIFEGroups aren’t just meeting at church; they’re gathering around dinner tables, at coffee shops, and throughout our community.

As we learned in our Better series, “God’s people should be in the habit of meeting together to grow in love and good works.” We’re so thankful to see our groups faithfully building community and encouraging one another in their walk with Christ.

Over the last week, two of our Disaster Relief teams have been on assignment, one serving in Indiana and another in Alaska.

The mission of Florida Baptist Disaster Relief is to respond in times of disaster with Help, Healing, and Hope, meeting real needs while demonstrating and sharing the love of Christ.

This week, we’ve had the privilege of seeing that mission lived out firsthand.

We’re incredibly thankful for each person who said “yes” to helping with disaster relief. Please continue to pray for the communities who welcomed our teams.

What a special memory 💙

This Sunday, we celebrated our first graders as each received their very own Bible. More than simply a gift, we pray these Bibles become well-loved and well-used as our kids grow to know God, love His Word, and follow Jesus.

We’re grateful for the parents, families, and church community who are committed to walking alongside them as they grow in their faith.

As reports of the widespread flooding devastation and loss in Nepal continue to come in, there are practical ways we can respond.

This year, Church on Bayshore, in partnership with One More Child began providing support for Karuna Care Ministries in Nepal with a ministry site in one of areas directly devasted. Karuna Care and its leaders are directly involved with relief work in this area providing food, water, shelter, and Gospel-witness. In addition to praying, if you would like to give directly to support relief efforts in Nepal, you can give online at churchonbayshore.org/give, and mark your gift as ‘Nepal Relief.’
