Serving Through Hurt and Pain!
What an Awesome time yesterday as we come to the close of the year for the Eagle Institute of Theology. Pastor Valerie Foye, did an excellent overview and impartation of " Serving Through Hurt and Pain".
Pastor Foye, reminded us that we have to know how to serve at our capacity and how to assess our limits. When we serve outside of our capacity we bring on undesired emotions; depression, anger and resentment etc. Most importantly not allowing your Suffering to cause you to revert. 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Awesome presentation 👏🏽 👌.

I haven’t endured trials like theirs. But I’ve known seasons when things fell apart. Prayers whispered with confidence seemed to echo back unanswered. Plans quietly unraveled. I’ve felt helpless watching someone I love struggle.

Maybe you’ve had your own version of that.
