Please pray for the SPY children, teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians this week. The program went from 18 campers to 53 in 3 years in the Big Spring School District.

The Community Life Committee raised $306 for Neighbors in Christ (NIC)! Donors could also pick a handmade craft created by a congregation member.

We are excited to announce that the youth rooms have been refloored!!

Because of this the SPY program can welcome more children!

At our 10:15 service, Sunday, June 21st Jeanna Soms the Executive Director of Supportive Partnerships for Youth (SPY) in the Harrisburg and Carlisle areas will be telling us about the program. Our church is hosting this program this year for the 3rd year.

Be aware: the AC in the sanctuary is not working. The church will be opened to let in the cool air and we will also be streaming the service.

Come visit our booth tomorrow at the Fountain Festival. We are doing a donation based craft booth that will support the Neighbors in Christ program.

Things that bring joy to our congregation: quiet evenings on the porch, teachers & summer, wife having patience, weddings, Flag Day, unity through diversity, birding, SPY program, gardening, food, family, birthdays, Fountain Festival, attending General Assembly, grandchildren, church family, sharing, traveling, singing a favorite song, AC, Thursday afternoon with friends, book clubs, hiking, playing, balloons, rain, playing guitar, singing with guitars, watching a game, being 96, writing and receiving greeting cards…
