Dear Community,

Please join us *tonight at Al Hedaya Islamic Center as we come together to celebrate and honor our outstanding youth.

We will congratulate *Eshal, Ali, and their Newtown High School team* for securing *1st place in the Rotary Youth Leadership Award in Connecticut* for their project, “Creating Awareness about Cultural Differences.”

We will also celebrate the recognition of *Eid ul-Fitr by the Bethel School District*, along with the courageous presentations by our students *Zia, Mysha, and Mariam*.

In addition, we will recognize *Safija*, our dedicated *youth teacher*, for her compassion and commitment to teaching our young children.

Your presence will uplift and encourage our students as we continue building a stronger, confident future generation.

Takbeerah to begin at 8:45AM, Eid Khutbah at 9:15AM followed by Eid Brunch & Eid Carnival from 9:45AM - 1:30PM inshaAllah.

It is with deep sadness that we share that our dear uncle, Dr. ASM Fazlul Karim, father of our dear brothers Yasser Karim and Dr. Zia Karim and sister Dr. Sumayya Ahmed, returned to Allah last night at their home in Newtown.

Funeral Service “Namaz-e-Janazah followed by Muslim burial to be held at 4:00 pm at location below:

We pray that Allah (SWT) shower His mercy on our uncle, grant him the
highest Paradise - Jannat Ul-Firdous and give his family a beautiful patience in this
