Hi everyone, this series starts tonight at the Spiritual Life Center. It promises to be an informative and enjoyable presentation about Mexico's history that shaped our parish and other parishes in our diocese!

"Viva Cristo Rey! Memories of the Cristeros Martyrs",
a three-part series, will be presented by Fr. Eric Weldon and Fr. Jim Weldon at the Spiritual Life Center on Thursdays, Aug 20, Aug 27 and Sept 3, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

These talks are dedicated to the memory of the martyrs who gave their lives for their faith in Christ. Come listen, understand, and reflect on the history of the Cristero War from the perspective of faith, which transformed social and religious life in Mexico.

Well-Read Mom Book Club Forming Now! You are invited to come and learn about a Well-Read Mom book club starting at Our Lady of Guadalupe. Well-Read Mom (WRM) is open to women of all stages of life. The goal is to provide a way for women to read high-quality literature together and grow in friendship.

WRM groups read one book per month and meet once a month to discuss. Our year together includes great books, spiritual classics (during Advent and Lent), and worthy reads that explore the human condition and reorient us to what is good, true, and beautiful.

In-person catechism classes will begin on Wednesday, September 2nd. We would like to thank those who took the time to let us know how quick and easy the online registration process was! If you do not have internet access or a device to register yourself or your children online, please do not hesitate to call or visit the office. We would be happy to assist you with this process. Also, please follow us on this platform or check the weekly bulletin, as we will announce opportunities for in-person registration in August.
