Summer cleanup was completed this weekend. As a friendly reminder, nothing should be in the ground between July 1st - April 31st. ALL decorations should be on the stone base or a shepherd's hook. Small figurines on a wire base are not considered shepherd's hooks. Also, nothing should be planted, the only exception being peonies. These rules have been in place for years, they are not new. If you had decorations in or on the ground, we tried our best to relocate them to the base. If you're unhappy with them being moved, I would encourage you to retrieve them. Anything found on/in the ground (exception being shepherd's hooks) between now & April 31st will be removed.

Conrad Clement, age 80, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at his home in Decorah, Iowa. There will be a private family burial on a date to be determined. He will be laid to rest at the Sugar Grove cemetery in rural Newton in a plot overlooking his boyhood home.
