✨ FULFILLING THE ROYAL ROLE ✨
This Sunday’s sermon reminded us of who we really are in Christ.
We are not aimless wanderers, hoping to find purpose someday. According to 1 Peter 2:9, we are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people. That means we carry both privilege and responsibility as heirs to the Kingdom of God.
Like Simba in The Lion King, sometimes we forget our identity when life beats us down, when we feel betrayed, overwhelmed, or tempted to give in. But the Word calls us to rise up and remember: we are children of the King.
As priests, we have direct access to God through prayer and intercession. As royalty, we proclaim His goodness to the world, living as living sacrifices that display His marvelous light.
Psalm 134 tells us to lift our hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord. To bless is to speak well of Him. Our praise goes up, and His blessings come down. His divine attention resting on His people.
💡 Word of Wisdom & Encouragement:
No matter what you’re facing, don’t forget who you are. You are chosen. You are loved. You are royal. Step boldly into your calling and never stop blessing the Lord with your life.
“Lord, You are good, worthy, and greatly to be praised. There is none like You.” 🙌
👑 Remember Who You Are 👑
You’re not lost, broken, or barely making it, you are chosen, royal, and loved by God. 🙌
This Sunday’s message reminded us: we are a royal priesthood with direct access to God, called to lift our hands, bless His name, and shine His marvelous light.
✨ Walk like royalty. Pray like a priest. Praise like you know who your Father is.
