We’re opening the doors wide this Wednesday night at United Christian Fellowship for something real, something needed, and something truly life changing. Join us for Real Talk Bible Study on Wednesday, December 10th at 7 pm. If you’ve been looking for a place to grow, connect, and get practical wisdom for everyday life, this is your night.

For the Men: Iron Sharpens - Responsibility, Leading at Home First
This week’s focus is all about stepping into real leadership where it matters most, in your own house. God calls men to guide their families with strength, humility, and spiritual wisdom.

Weekly Objective: To help men understand that true leadership begins at home and to accept responsibility for the spiritual and emotional climate of their household.

Focus Scriptures: 1 Timothy 3:4 ,5; Joshua 24:15; Proverbs 22:6

For the Ladies: Women of Wisdom - When Home Feels Heavy, God Holds You Steady

Women today carry so much, and many feel stretched thin trying to manage home, family, emotions, and spiritual life. This week, we’re talking honestly about the pressures women face and how God’s Word anchors us in the middle of it all.

Weekly Objective: To help women recognize the weight of their daily responsibilities and learn how to stay centered, steady, and spiritually grounded while caring for their homes.

Focus Scriptures: Proverbs 14:1, Psalm 46:5, Matthew 11:28

Come ready to learn. Come ready to breathe. Come ready to grow. We would love to see you there.

A light meal will be served after the service.

✨ FULFILLING THE ROYAL ROLE ✨

This Sunday’s sermon reminded us of who we really are in Christ.

We are not aimless wanderers, hoping to find purpose someday. According to 1 Peter 2:9, we are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people. That means we carry both privilege and responsibility as heirs to the Kingdom of God.

Like Simba in The Lion King, sometimes we forget our identity when life beats us down, when we feel betrayed, overwhelmed, or tempted to give in. But the Word calls us to rise up and remember: we are children of the King.

As priests, we have direct access to God through prayer and intercession. As royalty, we proclaim His goodness to the world, living as living sacrifices that display His marvelous light.

Psalm 134 tells us to lift our hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord. To bless is to speak well of Him. Our praise goes up, and His blessings come down. His divine attention resting on His people.

💡 Word of Wisdom & Encouragement:
No matter what you’re facing, don’t forget who you are. You are chosen. You are loved. You are royal. Step boldly into your calling and never stop blessing the Lord with your life.

“Lord, You are good, worthy, and greatly to be praised. There is none like You.” 🙌

👑 Remember Who You Are 👑
You’re not lost, broken, or barely making it, you are chosen, royal, and loved by God. 🙌

This Sunday’s message reminded us: we are a royal priesthood with direct access to God, called to lift our hands, bless His name, and shine His marvelous light.

✨ Walk like royalty. Pray like a priest. Praise like you know who your Father is.

This Wednesday is not just any Wednesday—it’s our Crossover Prayer Meeting, and we’re inviting EVERYONE to come out as we leave 2024 behind and step boldly into 2025! If you don’t normally attend our Wednesday services, this is the perfect time to start fresh. Let’s make a commitment to do better, grow stronger, and go deeper in 2025.

Our theme for this year: "Thrive in 2025—Walking in Purpose and Power!"

Our power or ability to overcome will only come from a deeper knowledge and understanding of the scriptures. God has placed in my spirit that this will be a year of greater deception. Therefore, we must press our way to get closer to Him for more detailed instructions

God has great things in store, and we want YOU to be part of this powerful time of prayer and intercession. Let’s unite as a church family to seek His presence, believe for breakthroughs, and prepare for the amazing year ahead.

Date: Wednesday, January 1, 2025
Time: 7:00PM

Don’t miss this opportunity to start the year off right. Let’s thrive together in 2025!

Blessings,

Pastor Bryan
