Experience an hour of Shabbat-inspired stillness and reflection, led by members of our community. Together, we'll explore guided imagery, meditation, meaningful discussion, and sharing in a warm and supportive environment.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have an established practice, all experience and comfort levels are welcome.
