History
Pastor Gary L. Moore, Sr., is a native New Yorker and retired 20 year Army Veteran who is married to Dianne Burns Moore, a native of Savannah, Georgia. Together they are the proud parents of three adult children Gary Jr., Dionne, and DeNyse. ors Gary and Dianne Moore that the time was now to start their own ministry. The two sought guidance and counsel from their spiritual Mother in the Lord, Apostle Dr. Idell Cheever, Founder and Chief Apostle of the Pentecostal Miracle Deliverance Centers (PMDC), Inc. in Savannah, Georgia. There are many bonds to Apostle Cheever and the PMDC family for both Pastors Gary and Dianne. It was at PMDC were Pastor Diannce came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in 1979. It was also where Pastor Gary, rededicated his life to the Lord, New Year's Eve in 1980. The two were married in August, 1982 and first ordained in ministry under the leadership of this powerful woman of God. On January 15, 2009, Pastors Gary and Dianne traveled to Savannah, GA to attend "The Solemn Assembly". This time of the year is set aside for consecration and rededication for the PMDC family. Apostle Cheever asked that they would come at this time and be a part of the services. During this time they shared their vision and heart with Dr. Cheever and she prayed and spoke words of wisdom into their lives. Pastors Gary and Dianne returned to Virginia and held their first service on February 1, 2009 with 13 people in attendance. The message Pastor Gary delivered was entitled, "It's a New Day". Vision Ministry has continued to grow since 2009 and has added many outreach ministries including Commonwealth Assisted for Living (elderly), Prayer Conference Call, Relationship Matters, Confident Women, and more!
