✨ Happy Wednesday, ladies!

Today, Pastor Danilee encourages us to make sure that we are our whole person in Christ before we meet our spouse.

When God puts two people together, they become one. When we are less than one, meaning we are looking for identity in other things, when we don’t know that we are the daughter of the King, that relationship will never equal one.

So as you are looking for a man, do not worry about who he is. Worry about who you are first before you meet that person. Then, when God brings you two together, and you become one, it is something that can truly bring him glory.

Meet Derek! He grew up Mormon, so he was accustomed to very different practices and beliefs.

A big reason He walked into the Christian church after years of not attending was after witnessing the complete transformation of his Dad. That was all he needed to give Christianity a chance.

God has helped him get sober, reduce stress and anxiety, and making him feel whole.

Meet Jacob! He didn’t grow up close to God at all throughout his life. It was only within the past 3 to 4 years where he began to know God.

But before then, he did everything in his own strength because it was all he knew. It wasn’t long before things fell apart and he had no where else to go.

Then God showed up. He started going to church, and all the pieces started coming back together for him. And to take it a step further, once he started serving, it changed the world for Jacob.

Not only did serving bring him a new community of people that he feels connected to, but it’s opened his eyes.
