What happened to Charlie Kirk reveals the deep spiritual deprivation of our nation and the reality of the war we are in. Free speech has always been a pillar of America, and to see someone murdered in cold blood for holding an opposing view is appalling. It clearly points to the moral decay of our culture.

God, have mercy on our nation. May the message of Jesus continue to push back the darkness. May the generations that follow grab hold of the truth Charlie stood for and continue to boldly stand for righteousness.

As I hold my baby today, my heart and prayers go out to Charlie’s wife and kids. May they feel the comfort of the Man of Sorrows Himself, Jesus Christ. May the Prince of Peace guard their hearts and minds. And may America rally behind this beautiful family as together we declare vengeance on the devil. 🙏😭

For however long I’ve been in ministry, I’ve been constantly amazed at the faithfulness of God and His leading. Always remember; it’s God who promotes, God who opens the doors, God who closes the doors, God who sets the blueprints of your life and ministry, God who determines how big or small… it’s God…not us.

Don’t allow comparison to steal your peace. When your life is surrendered to the Master Builder, a closed door is just as good as an open door. Rejoice in both. God is at work and His plan is the best plan! Yes there are seasons of contending for specific things, but don’t lose peace in the process. Trust that God is the best author and has already written the perfect story for you. Hang in there! He knows best!
