At EMBC, we believe that every life has value and every person deserves to know that they are not alone.

This month, we are breaking the silence around su***de, depression, emotional pain and mental health.

You don’t have to hide your pain behind a smile.
You don’t have to walk through it alone.
And asking for help is not a lack of faith.

Sometimes God answers a prayer through a conversation, a counselor, a friend, a pastor or a professional.
