Avoid Online Scams!

Scammers are always finding new ways to trick people online, but you can stay one step ahead!

Here’s how to avoid phishing scams:

-Don’t click on suspicious links in emails or texts—even if they seem urgent.

-Check the sender’s email address carefully; scammers often use addresses that look almost identical to trusted sources.

-When in doubt, contact the company directly using the official phone number or website.

-If you’ve received a message that seems suspicious, don’t hesitate to ask friends or family members for advice. It’s always better to be safe than sorry!

Strengthen Your Password Game!

It’s time to level up your password security! A weak password makes it easier for hackers to access your accounts, so here are some tips to stay protected:

-Use a unique password for every account. Reusing passwords increases the risk if one account gets compromised.
- Make it strong! Include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
-Consider a password manager to safely store and organize your passwords – no need to remember them all!

Bonus: Change passwords regularly, especially for financial accounts.

Undefeated will start back up September 12th and 13th with a few big changes.

Elementary K-5th grade will be meeting on Tuesday nights from 6-7:30 at Church on the HIll.

MS/HS, 6th-12th grade will be meeting on Wednesday nights from 6-8 at Church on the Hill.

Dinner will be provided both nights!

Our last Undefeated for the season will be this Wednesday night the 18th. We will run from 6 to 8 and we will have hamburgers for dinner. All ages will start out at the church but elementary through high school will be picked up in front of the skate park next to the church. Our preschool class will remain at the church the entire night.

At 7:55 we will begin spraying the kids off so that they will be less messy for the ride home. Pick up will be along the street in front of the park at 8 o’clock. We do not have the ability for all of the kids to change before heading home so please do not send them with a change of clothes. It would be best for them to not bring any additional items with them that night.
