🎶 Help Bring Music Back to Belleville Meetinghouse

Belleville Meetinghouse has been a longstanding rehearsal home and performance venue for the Newburyport Choral Society. Its remarkable acoustics, 600-seat capacity, and long history have made it an essential gathering place for community events.

This historic community space is temporarily closed until they can restore the aging ceiling. Belleville Congregational Church has launched a successful GoFundMe campaign that has already raised 70% of its $425,000 goal, and restoration work is expected to begin soon! Join NCS members, friends, and the greater Newburyport community as we help them reach the final fundraising amount!

A donation of any amount can help bring NCS concerts, Belleville Roots performances, and so many community traditions back to the Meetinghouse.

Donate, honor a loved one, or share a favorite Belleville memory! (Find the link in the comments.)

We are so grateful for this special space, and we cannot wait to sing there again!

Thank you Newburyport Choral Society for your help with this important fundraiser. We miss you in the Meetinghouse!

We are excited to launch this GoFundMe fundraiser to reopen our historic Meetinghouse! We have worked very hard to get this far and are getting close. But we still need help from the greater Newburyport community.

Do you miss hearing the Newburyport Choral Society in this amazing space or taking in a Belleville Roots Music Series concert? Do you have other memories from the decades of community worship, weddings and community events?

Please consider a donation of any amount through the GofundMe site below. Or mail a check with the note "ceiling" to us at Belleville Church, 300 High Street, Newburyport, MA 01950.

And please share this with your friends and neighbors and on your socials. Thank you so much!
