Worship Service and children's programming: Sundays at 10:30 a.m. Services on Sundays at 10:30am from Labor Day through Father's Day. Nursery care for ages one and two. Jazz Vespers first Wednesday of most months, 8pm. Youth, teen, and adult choirs welcome new members.

Please join Joanna Fernandes tonight, Tuesday 3/3, in the Sanctuary from 7-8pm for our monthly Contemplative Service. We will share in poetry, practices, and a guided meditation with a focus on grounding ourselves in beauty. Contemplative Services are held monthly on the first Tuesday.

Join us on Saturday mornings from 9 to 10am for Beginning Hatha Yoga in the Hayward Room, now through February 14. This is a beginning class focused on turning stress into resilience, offered by Pamela Erickson, RYT 200, and a lifelong educator. The classes are free, however, 50% of any donations (optional) will go to the church. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel or small blanket, and water with them. No advanced signup is necessary.

CANCELLED: Church services for Sunday, January 25, have been cancelled due to the snow storm and the street parking ban that goes into effect at 10am.

The Parish Board-Congregational discussion has been rescheduled to next Sunday, February 1, after the service. The intergenerational fellowship, originally scheduled for February 1, will be rescheduled to a future date.

Join us next Sunday, February 1, when Reverend Rebecca will be preaching “The Journey Continues.”

Join Rev. Rebecca and Joanna Fernandes for a contemplative service this evening from 7pm to 8 pm in the sanctuary.

The service will honor the Buddhist tradition of meditation after a short reflection and reading . The focus of the evening will be “considering our thoughts” followed by a meditation practice by Jack Kornfield entitled “One Sided Thoughts”

Many things to Alan Seale who started the tradition of these first Tuesday evening contemplative services.

The service is in person only this evening. YouTube option will be considered if there is interest moving forward.

Join FRSUU on December 24 at 5:30pm for our traditional Christmas Eve service. This all-ages service will include the Christmas Story, carols, and “Silent Night” sung by candlelight. Rev. Rebecca will lead worship, with Danny Harrington on saxophone. Join in festive caroling outside the church after worship. Merry Christmas!
