Just Hymns Jubilee Honoring and singing the blessed Hymns. Featuring a large choir made up of local artists & musicians

I just received the sad news of the passing of another JHJ choir member. Gayle Clark passed away suddenly, last night. We ask that you keep her husband, Ralph and her family in your prayers.

Let’s play a little game. I’ll start a line to a hymn, and you add additional lines.

“Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?”

Far away in the depths of my spirit tonight
Rolls a melody sweeter than psalm;
In celestial-like strains it unceasingly falls
O’er my soul like an infinite calm.

Refrain:
Peace, peace, wonderful peace,
Coming down from the Father above!
Sweep over my spirit forever, I pray
In fathomless billows of love!

What a treasure I have in this wonderful peace,
Buried deep in the heart of my soul,
So secure that no power can mine it away,
While the years of eternity roll!

I am resting tonight in this wonderful peace,
Resting sweetly in Jesus’ control;
For I’m kept from all danger by night and by day,
And His glory is flooding my soul!

And I think when I rise to that city of peace,
Where the Author of peace I shall see,
That one strain of the song which the ransomed will sing
In that heavenly kingdom will be:

Ah soul, are you here without comfort and rest,
Marching down the rough pathway of time?
Make Jesus your friend ere the shadows grow dark;
Oh, accept this sweet peace so sublime!

Gerald Wolfe’s Gospel Hymn Sing.

I love the old Hymns, and here are some super talented, and anointed singers sharing many of our favorites.

Luke 2:11-14
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

A Very Merry Christmas to all of our friends, from the Just Hymns Jubilee choir.
