We were so blessed today. This group of men came to our church and did some much needed repairs. This is what they do to serve God. They worked as a team and did excellent work. This group of men came from different denominations. They meet once a week to pray and serve. You could feel the spirit of God working through them.

This Sunday (31 October) we will start a Sermon series on sin. Not a stone casting, judgmental series ... instead we will talk about the reality of sin, how the devil works, and the result of our letting a sin become part of our lifestyle ... with a constant reminder that God loves, God forgives, and God forgets repented sin.

It has been decided to cancel church services this Sunday. I am going to really miss the church diner! Still, we need to think of others before ourselves. In my humble opinion, a silly man walks up and hits a hornet's nest believing his faith will keep him from being stung. It could ... but the odds are against it.
