Hey Church,

We are entering the last weeks of construction, and soon we will be moving back into our newly renovated building. I am so excited, not just for the project to end, but for the new season to begin. The building will be a wonderful new space that will allow us to welcome in the community, enjoy the presence and power of God, and worship Him in a place designed and crafted for that express purpose.

𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝟐𝟖

𝟏𝟔 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.” 𝟏𝟕 And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.”



This will be no ordinary day for us. It is important that we are ready - Ready to step into this new season, ready to welcome new visitors and guests, ready to enter into His presence with joy and thanksgiving, and ready to be, and build, His church in this place.

𝐎𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 "𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞" 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝. I urge you and your family to make every effort to join us that morning. We have a very special time of worship and prayer planned.

This is a new day, and the dawn of a new season - you don't want to miss it!

While their work may not always be the first thing we notice, their service plays an important role in helping create a space where our church family can worship, connect, and hear the Word of God clearly. From sound and slides to microphones, our Tech Team serves with excellence and focus.

Thank you, Tech Team, for all the preparation and attention to detail you give to serve our church. Your ministry matters, and we are so grateful for the way you faithfully serve!

𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲
Contending for community means actively choosing to engage in real relationships. This is done by serving one another (1 Peter 4:10), provoking one another to good works (Hebrews 10:24), sharing each other's burdens (Galatians 6:2), and simply doing life together (Acts 2:42).
Join us on Sundays throughout the Months of July and August as we dive deeper into what it means to actively contend for community.

Our Worship Team plays a vital role in creating an atmosphere that helps us quiet our hearts and focus our attention on Jesus. Through their dedication, preparation, and willingness to serve, they help lead our church into meaningful moments of worship each week.

Thank you to the amazing volunteers who made this happen!

We are so grateful to Chehalem Valley Church for spending their weekend transforming the back patio at one of our Beaverton campus maternity homes. Even when the rain started, they continued working to create a beautiful, safe outdoor space for the moms and children we serve.

With new patio furniture, string lights, an outdoor rug, and a secure baby gate, this patio is now a place where moms can relax, connect, and enjoy time with their little ones all summer long.

Thank you for investing in the families at Road to Hope. Your generosity is making a difference every day. 💙
