Due to the severe weather conditions, we regret to inform you that all scheduled services and activities for Sunday, January 25th, have been canceled. While we are disappointed that we cannot gather in person, we encourage everyone to embrace this unexpected Sabbath. Use this time to enjoy the snow and create cherished memories with your family. Additionally, we invite you to take advantage of this quiet time for personal worship and reflection at home. Engage in reading scripture, praying for our community’s safety, and expressing gratitude for the beauty of God’s creation. We eagerly anticipate our return to togetherness next Sunday!

The BFCN Women’s Discipleship Ministry invites you to come taste some freshly milled bread while learning how to make bread the lazy bread maker’s way!

Discover the anatomy of a seed and why freshly milled flour matters.

Spoiler alert: Whole grains are among the most nutrient-dense foods God gave us—but only when the flour is freshly milled.

Jesus said in John 6:35,

“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”

We’ll explore Scripture together and look at:
   •   Joseph and why storing grain still matters today
   •   Ezekiel bread and its biblical significance
   •   If Jesus compared Himself to bread, why is everyone avoiding bread today?
   •   Why do so many people feel better when they go gluten-free?
   •   Why is your kneading bowl blessed and the millstone not allowed to be taken as a pledge in?

“Why spend your money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good.”

Come learn, taste, and rethink bread—physically and spiritually.
