SMVS Swaminarayan Mandir SMVS California is a part of Swaminarayan Mandir Vasna Sanstha, established in 1987 in Vasna Area in the city of Ahmedabad of Gujarat State in India.

The foundation of this organization is laid on the doctrine of supremacy, divinity and non pareility of lord Swaminarayan. Amidst the search for everlasting happiness and peace, to live the divine life with faith and spirituality, the SMVS was originated as radical spiritual vitality. SMVS is determined to uplift the society by bringing out the divinity, compassion, moral standards, doctrine of people and by maintaining the code of conduct of religion.
