This September, it’s time to tell some things: GET OFF ME!

Join us every Sunday as Pastor Rakeem S. Thomas preaches the “GET OFF ME” September Sermon Series...a powerful month about loosening the grip of anything keeping us from being fully committed to God and the life He’s calling us to live.

You can love God and still have some things you need to shake loose. And sometimes before you can fully grab hold of what God has for you, you’ve got to let go of what’s been holding onto you.

Bring your family. Bring your friends. Bring the person who keeps saying, “I need to get back in church.”

A Message of Love & Support to Pastor Jerod Howard

On behalf of our Senior Servant, Pastor Rakeem Thomas, and the entire Mount Pleasant Church family, we extend our deepest love, prayers, and heartfelt support to Pastor Jerod Howard, the Howard family, and the New Hope Baptist Church of Atlantic City.

We mourn with you in the earthly transition of First Lady Kathryn Howard, a beloved woman of faith, grace, and love. We pray that the presence of God will surround each of you and that His peace will strengthen you in the days ahead.

May you find comfort in cherished memories, strength in one another, and assurance in the promises of our Lord. We stand with you, we are praying for you, and we are covering the Howard family and New Hope Baptist Church in love.
