48 Days.
That's how long we have until leaders from across the country gather in one room for the TFAM Leadership Conference, July 22–25.
48 days to discern. 48 days to decide. 48 days to prepare your spirit, your calendar, and your community for what is being built.
If you are reading this, you are likely carrying the weight of leadership somewhere, in a pulpit, an organization, a classroom, a movement, or a quiet seat of influence that few people see. You are responsible for people. You are responsible for policy. You are responsible for public witness in a moment that demands more clarity, more courage, and more community than any of us were trained for. You were not meant to carry it alone.
This year, we are gathering around three movements that name where we are and where we are going:
Resist. We name what is harming our people and refuse to look away.
Repair. We tell the truth about what has been broken — in our communities, our institutions, and ourselves — and we do the honest work of mending.
Regenerate. We imagine and build what comes next. New ministries. New economies. New ways of being together.
All of it is anchored in the practice of Ubuntu: I am because we are.
The TFAM Leadership Conference is not a routine event. It is a strategic convening for leaders who know this moment requires more than what we have been doing and who are ready to lead differently with people who get it.
Here is what to do this week:
