The Stop the Violence event was a success...20 souls came to Christ. Thanks to all of you who helped to make things run smooth. There is so much talent in Newark and there are many young men and women doing positive things to help keep our youth off the streets. Kudos---to Patrick for desiring that his young peers get exposed to the church and what we have to offer. God Bless and hope to do another one of these in the near future.

On Friday, September 9th at 6:00 pm G.A.P. Ministry will be hosting a community event titled "Newark Peace In the Streets" which is being presented by Patrick of Entertainment Shutdown. The community youth will perform their talent to promote Stop the Violence campaign. All are invited to this free event. To be held at Abyssinian Baptist Church, 224 West Kinney St. Newark, NJ
