Youth Group Update now that it's been about 5 years since we've last heard from anyone:
The Stamper children - Joey is a daddy and still lives locally. works for a railroad. His brothers Max and Ben (BJ) also still live locally one works for a bank the other as a personal trainer - find him at the YMCA. Sister Robin is now a freshman at NHS!
Zack Ballinger is happily married to his high school sweetie, fellow youth member Audrey and they have a wonderful baby boy - living locally. His brother Jason, is also still in Newark, and is doing well.
Sheriena Fuller is a proud mommy of 2 boys living locally. Her sister, Larissa is also a mommy and doing very well living in Newark.
Kelsey Stanley is married and just moved back to the area. I haven't heard from her sister Katie, but I have am sure she's happy.
Unfortunately, I haven't heard from Connor Carpenter , but I am sure he is having fun.
Mathias Young is an angel as you may have heard, and his sister Ella is doing well to find her way through being there for her parents. WE continue to pray for the Young family.
I hope to hear from other Youth Group members and Sunday School and Vacation Bible School children I was had a connection to again. AS a youth group leader life moves you on to other things, but youth group memories never leave you! God blessed my and my husband's (Crystal & Ben Stamper) so much in the many years we served at St. Paul's Evg. Lutheran Church. WE are still in the same house on the same street we've always been, so feel free to swing on by and say "Hi". Lastly, I'd like to say to all you all, WE ARE ALWAYS PRAYING FOR YOU!! EVERYONE OF YOU> Remember, you are brave, you are strong, you are never along. You are loved. God is always there to carry on with you wherever you roam, whatever you do, and whomever you spend your time with. ❤️
