You can have the skill to lead and still struggle with pride. You can have influence and still battle insecurity. You can know all the right things and still have a heart that needs healing.

That is why Proverbs 4:23 says, "Guard your heart above all else, for everything you do flows from it."

Your leadership flows from your heart. Your relationships flow from your heart. Your decisions, attitudes, and responses flow from your heart. So, how's your heart?

The season you're in right now may not be a season of recognition. It may be a season of preparation. God is building your faith, enlarging your capacity, and strengthening your character in ways that will matter later.

Keep showing up. Keep being faithful. Keep doing what God has called you to do.

The people around you may not see it yet, but God does. And when the moment comes, what He has been building in private will be revealed in public. 🤍

There are seasons when the winds of life begin to blow through pressure, warfare, uncertainty, disappointment, and resistance. But the wind that came against you does not have to ground you.
Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that those who wait upon the Lord shall mount up with wings as eagles. Eagles do not rise by avoiding the wind. They rise by learning how to soar above it.
This word will encourage you to stop letting pressure define your posture, trust God in the storm, and rise above what tried to move you out of faith.
