The Mercy House helped children start the academic year with new backpacks filled with school supplies, thanks to generous donations from parishes, the Knights of Columbus, youth groups and individuals! ✏

As families prepare for a new school year, the Mercy House will distribute hundreds of backpacks filled with pencils, notebooks and other school essentials to local families during its annual Back-to-School Giveaway. 📚

Our Mother's Day giveaway will take place next week at all three of our locations at 11:00am. The Jersey City giveaway will be on Monday, May 4th, Newark on Tuesday, May 5th and Elizabeth on Wednesday, May 6th. All mom's who live in the local communities are welcome to stop by for a special gift!
