“Kenyan engineer and entrepreneur Nzambi Matee is using science to solve two huge crises at once.

Matee’s home city of Nairobi has more plastic waste than it knows what to do with — about 500 metric tons each day, and not all of it is recycled (or recyclable). So Matee has developed a creative solution. Matee takes non-recyclable plastic waste from factories, heats it, mixes it with sand, and compresses the material into bricks. These bricks, Matee says, are anywhere between five to seven times stronger than concrete — and her startup company, Gjenge Makers, has transformed more than 20 tons of waste into bricks since 2017.

But that’s not all: Matee is now in the process of adding more workers in order to churn out more bricks than ever before. The bricks, says Matee, will help create low-cost housing for Kenyans, which is currently in extremely high demand.”

BEGINNING WITH PRAYER.
Prayer reaches back to man's first existence on earth. So my friend, know that no one , no matter who you are or where you are from , you cannot outgrow Prayer. We how the energy of prayer is required in the simplex as well as the most complex provision of God's grace.
Abraham, the friend of God , is a striking illustration of one of the Old Testament saints who strongly believed in prayer. Abraham was by no means a shadowy figure. God called Abraham to journey to an unknown land, taking his entire household . Whenever Abraham stopped for a night or longer, he always erected an altar and " called on the name of the LORD" ( Gen. 13:4 ).
Abraham, a man of faith and prayer, was one of the first to erect a family altar around which he gathered his household and off3ered sacrifices of worship, praise, and prayer. His altars were essentially altars where he gathered his household, as distinguished from secret prayer.
It was Abraham's rule to stand before the LORD God in prayer. His life was surcharged with prayer, and Abraham's blessings were sanctified by prayer. Wherever he stopped in his pilgrimage, he always asked for God's blessing through prayer. Side by side with the sacrifice altar was the prayer altar. He arose early in the morning and went to stand before the Lord in prayer.
As God's revelations became fuller , Abraham's prayerfulness increased, and it was during one of these spiritual meetings that Abraham " fell on his face ; and God talked with him" ( Gen 17:3 ). On still another occasion, we find this man , " the father of the faithful" , praying on his face before God , astonished at the answers, purposes, and revelations of Almighty God for him. God was promising a son in his old age as well as great honor for this son.
Even Ishmael's destiny was shaped by Abraham's prayer when he prayed, " O that Ishmael might live before Thee! " ( Gen 17:18 ).
We see another example of Abraham's strong believe in prayer when he interceded for S***m and Gomorath for his nephew Lot's sake. Perhaps It was only due to his optimistic view of the spiritual condition of things in the city of S***m that it was not spared eventually by God. Abraham believed strongly in prayer and knew how to pray. No other recourse was open to Abraham to save S***m but prayer.
These and other PRAYER DEPENDENT EXAMPLES of Abraham, the father of the faithful, should be a cue to us believers to build up our most holy faith in GOD stronger praying always and not to faint ( Lk 18:1 ) ; praying without ceasing (1 Thess 5:17 ); praying with all kinds of prayers... ( Eph 6:18 ); For all things must be resolved with prayer and in prayer to GOD. ( Phil. 4:6 )

(a) Perceive with your visual faculty ( i.e, open your eyes to see; both physically and spiritually )
(b) Perceive through the use of your mental faculty ( i.e, comprehend or understand; both spiritually and physically )
(c) Pay attention!

I Stand At The Door:
What door ? The door of your heart; the door of your mind; the door of your soul; the door of your spirit; the door of every area and facet of your life: in fact every closet of your life. ( Deut. 11:13; Josh. 22:5; Deut. 13:3; Matt. 22:37; Mk. 12:30,33; Lk. 10:27; Rom. 10:10; Philippians 4:7; Isa. 26:3, Ezek. 18:4; Gen 2:7; 1 Chron. 22:19; Ps. 49:8; Num. 27:18; Rom. 8:16 )

Who Is Standing At Your Door?
The LORD JESUS CHRIST, The Faithful Witness, The Firstborn from the dead, The Ruler Over the Kings of the Earth; He Who loves the world and have shared His Blood to wash your sins, The Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last, Who was and Who Is and Who Is to come, The Almighty, The Resurrection and the Life, Who lives forevermore; The One Who holds the keys of Hades and of Death, He Who is Holy , He Who is True; He Who holds the Key of David, He Who opens and no one shuts and shuts and no one opens, The Creator of all things! ( Rev. 1:5,6,8,11,18,; 2:8,12,18; 3:1,7,14, )

He Stands And Knocks ! Why?
Gentlily knocking at the door, remember He could have entered without knocking ( John 20:19,26 ). He wants to come in into your heart, mind, soul , body and into your life; your health, your finances, your marital life, business life, your career, you christian life, etc., to help you, to save you, to heal you, to direct and teach you, to dine and sup with you; to deliver, protect, defend, to walk with you and eventually take you with Him to heaven , to live with you forevermore! ( Ps 46:1-7; Acts 4:12; Matt 18:11; Lk. 19:10; Matt 4:23; etc., )

If Anyone Hears My Voice And Opens The Door!:
The grace to hear the Lord calling and knocking at our doors is key to our ability to welcome Him into our lives. ( Rev. 2:7; 3:6,13,22; Jn 12:47; 5:25; Matt 7:24; Isa 55:3; 29:18; Ps 85:8, etc., ). So we pray for those who cannot see or behold and hear and perceive and understand, the Lord standing and knocking and calling to enter into their lives and save them. ( Unbelievers )

However, there are some of us , " believers ", that have seen and heard the Lord , and even opened the doors of our lives, but not FULLY unto HIM. Some of us have only allowed Christ into just a little bit of our lives; may be just the hallway or some just into the living rooms of our lives.
There are closets and cardboards, kitchen cabins and boxes, suit cases , bedroom closets, underneath our beds and other furniture etc., full of prohibiting items that is not making and will not make Christ Jesus feel at home to sup and dine with us. ( Rev. 3:20 ).

Some of us still have a lot of Galatians 5:19-21 stuff such as adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, lies, envy ,murders, drunkenness, revelries ; and others like stealing of all kinds, from home, work, church and from national coffers , unchristian marital practices and all forms of irresponsible behaviors .
We do not want Him to dine and sup with us in our marriages, finances, careers, educational and intellectual lives, etc.

Christ Jesus wants to put on our lives dinning tables and sup with us such things and more as the stuffs in Galatians 5:22-23, the delicacies of the Holy Spirit; love , joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, against such there is no law.
For those who have beheld and heard the voice and knocking of Christ Jesus, and have opened their doors fully to dine with Him and HE with them, have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires, and live in the Spirit and walk in the Spirit. ( Gal 5:25,26 )
