More than a conference - this is not a download of content or a summit of strategies. It’s a focused experience around the 8 Marks of an Emotionally Healthy Culture - how the inner life of leaders shapes the shared life of a church over time.

Drawing from Pete’s Scazzero’s upcoming book, Emotionally Healthy Success, this conference is a space to wrestle with the deeper questions:
- How do we know when we’re “succeeding” in ministry?
- What does faithfulness look like in a world obsessed with outcomes?
- How do we build churches that are both emotionally mature and missionally effective?

Check out our updatedfull speaker lineup.

“Most of us move at a pace far faster than God asks of us.” Somewhere along the way, we started responding at the pace of the Internet. And we confused noise with obedience and even times the voice of God. In the latest book from Pete Scazzero, we’re asked a simple question.

“What if our definition of success isn’t found in the Gospel at all? How would Jesus define it instead?”

Now available for pre-order.
