Use bath crayons to draw different colors of stars on the tub. Ask your child to point to the color of star you call out. After naming all the colors, talk about how God made a special star for wise men to follow so they could find God's Son, Jesus.

Use a star cookie cutter or stencil, silver crayons, and black construction paper to draw stars. As you draw stars together, talk about the star God put in the sky for the wise men to follow. They knew Jesus is special because Jesus is God's Son.

As you drive or take a walk, take turns naming animals. Each time an animal is named, try and make the animal sound. Talk about how Mary and Joseph had to sleep where animals slept. And that is where God's Son, Jesus, was born!
