This Thanksgiving season, help us stock the shelves of the Church of the Ascension Food Pantry and support neighbors facing food insecurity.

What can you donate?
Canned vegetables, beans, soup, tuna, rice, pasta, cereal, shelf-stable milk, cooking oils, and other non-perishable foods.

🚫 No glass jars or bottles, please.

📍 Drop off donations daily at the Parish House.

Last weekend, we celebrated Welcome Back Sunday with our annual Ministry Fair and the return of Community Coffee Hour.

Following the 11 AM Masses, parishioners gathered in the Grammar School’s McKinnon Hall to explore our parish ministries, and mix and mingle with friends old and new over coffee.

This Sunday, October 4th, at 1 PM, outside the Parish House, pet owners are invited to bring their leashed dog, cat, reptile, caged birds, and bunnies for a blessing in celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.

Last Sunday, we celebrated our pastor Fr. Yesalonia's Golden Jubilee as a Jesuit. What a celebration it was, as parishioners filled the pews to honor his 50 years as a Jesuit and give thanks for the faith, leadership, and service that have defined his vocation.

The celebration continued in the Grammar School's McKinnon Hall, where Fr. Yesalonia received an Apostolic Blessing from Pope Leo XIV.
