Reach Covenant-Pneuma Ministries International REACH is the marriage of the community and the church. We are here to be an answer to the problems plaguing our community. Pastor Chantel R.

Wright was anointed by the late Bishop Kenneth H. Moales on August 29, 2010. His prophetic word went forth in the midst of morning worship declaring that there would be a great move in Harlem. From that day forward, Chantel Wright began her journey as a Pastor. Suddenly on September 20, 2010, Bishop Moales transitioned to glory, and Pneuma (noo-mah) Ministries was born. t on December 31, 2010 at Rice High School. Pastor Wright was licensed and ordained in To the Order of the Presbytery in the One Holy Ecumenical and Apostolic Church by Bishop Aaron Sneed under the Presiding Prelate, Bishop Hezekiah Walker on April 16, 2011. On Sunday April 17, 2011 eighteen (18) teenagers were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Today the congregation is moving forward as Reach Covenant Ministries International.
