✨We invite you to join us Saturday, May 30th as we enter the season of Pentecost, a time of celebrating the life and wonder of the Church.

We’ll be walking with the disciples along the Road to Emmaus, listening for how that moment of recognition and commissioning continues to shape what it means to be the church today.

What does Spirit-filled, communal faith look like in our ordinary lives?
How have we experienced ‘our hearts burning within us’ as we break bread together in remembrance of Jesus?

Come discover how our storytelling gatherings deepen your understanding of yourself and lead to greater wholeness.

✨At Wonder Aloud, it’s not just about one’s own personal spiritual journey or growth, but being with and bringing friends to experience wonder together. When was the last time you were just able to show up in a space that can hold all of you - thoughtfully designed to welcome and honor each person’s pace and journey?

Our upcoming Central Park Camino on May 16th is the perfect opportunity to do exactly this. Join us for a morning to walk together in the heart of NYC with both old and new friends.

✨Some of the most sacred moments happen when we slow down long enough to hear the quiet voice of God meeting us in Scripture, and the living voice of God moving through one another’s stories.

Gift of Our Stories is that kind of space.

What felt ordinary begins to carry meaning. What felt confusing begins to find clarity. What felt like a detour begins to look like a path. And what felt lonely begins to feel witnessed.

Our time together is not Bible study or a workshop. It is an invitation to discover that your life, your actual lived experience, is already full of God. And that when we tell our stories in the presence of others who are genuinely listening, something in us is affirmed, clarified, and sometimes quietly called forward.

✨We invite you to join us as we enter the season of Pentecost, a time of celebrating the life and wonder of the Church. Come discover how our storytelling gatherings deepen your understanding of yourself and lead to greater wholeness.

✨Central Park Camino - A Fundraiser for Wonder Aloud

A Camino allows you to slow down, connect with God, and rediscover what matters. People make the journey for spiritual reflection, healing, clarity, rest, or adventure. It’s about making space, letting go, and receiving grace.

Wonder Aloud is a small non-profit ministry that walks alongside individuals and churches through Christ-centered contemplative care such as silent retreats, urban caminos and spiritual direction. We offer care to people from all walks of life, regardless of denomination. Many in our care identify as AAPI or BIPOC and are predominantly women.  We need your help to provide our Offerings at affordable rates.

No prerequisites. No judgment. No matter your background, experience, or current relationship status with the Church, you’re welcome to be who you are and be where you’re at in whatever space you choose to enter with us. Life has taken us through hills and valleys as well and we hope that reflects in how we hold space for others.

We believe in the power of offering these spaces where realness and authenticity are prominent - where meeting the wholeness of you are with love and honesty allows you to encounter the fullness of God’s love wherever you may be.

✨During this Easter season, we celebrate the risen Christ’s time here on earth - time Jesus took to care
for and empower his bride, the Church, which of course includes women! We celebrate and honor the journey each and every community member of Wonder Aloud has been on. Staying true to your roots and values while being expansive is not a journey taken alone.

✨We are committed to being a community that cultivates authenticity, championing the journey toward the true self with wonder while not shrinking back from how God has designed and called us. We’d love for you to experience our communal value of Celebration for yourself with us this spring: delighting in beauty, creation, and play, reminding us of the goodness of God.

✨🕊️ He Is Risen 🕊️✨

” So he went in to stay with them.
When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” They got up and returned at once to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them, assembled together”

Luke 24:29-33

Reflection:

As Eastertide begins, where is the Risen Lord directing you to return with Good News?

Prayer:

Jesus, open my eyes to recognize you. Holy Spirit, stir my heart afire with your Presence. God, accompany as I walk with your good news.
