And it happened, when all who knew him formerly saw that he indeed prophesied among the prophets, that the people said to one another, "What is this that has come upon the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?"

Lessons:
1. Look, the way people see you today will not be your story forever; in this kingdom of God, change of level is allowed. So keep your faith alive in God.

2. Saul's level changed. The people who knew him before said, is Saul also among the prophets? Yes, anything is possible with God.
Saul was able to prophesy, not because of something special he did, but God favored him.

3. God will favor you; If you are sick, He will pick you up and add you among those in good health, He will add you among great men and women, He will pick you from dishonor and give you double honor, He will move you from obscurity to prominence, and He will take you from the flesh to the things of the Spirit. Hallelujah!
But you must obey Him and follow instructions.

(Romans 8:6)
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Lessons:
1. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. Without faith it is impossible to please God, meaning those who are in the flesh are not in faith.

2. In fact, when the mind-set is focused on the flesh, it fights God's plan and refuses to submit to God's direction. God wants us to be spiritually minded. Check the things you think about; do they glorify God or your own emotions?

3. When we become carnally minded, we only think and do things that satisfy the flesh and the pleasures of life. But when we are spiritually minded, we crucify the flesh and its pleasures, and only seek things that glorify God and lift people.

4. May the Lord help us to be spiritually minded, true lovers and, render our sincere services to God. Amen!

(Psalm 37:23)
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way.

Lessons:
1. When God called Abraham to leave his family house, he did not exactly know how to get to where God wanted him to go, but he trusted God to guide him. Pray and trust the guidance of the Spirit.

2. Every good man or woman's steps are ordered by the Lord. We have eyes, but sometimes we don't see. Let us trust God to order our steps.

3. When we position ourselves to be on God's side, God orders our steps. The scripture says, when a man's ways please the Lord, God makes even his enemies become his friends. But the point is that whether the enemies become your friends or not, God does not bless you because of who loves you or hate you. He blesses you because He loves you.

4. Lord teach us your ways, lead us everyday, and show us your glory because You delight in us. Amen!

Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Lessons:
1. This message is for everyone who wants to please God and influence his generation. The apostle is telling us to be an example to the believers in:

2. Word: Meaning we should watch what we say. Our words must be seasoned with salt. Our words must not divide but unite people. Words are powerful so think before you speak.

3. Conduct: It is not about calling ourselves Christians that matters, but living the born again life. When we come to Christ, the old must go, and the new life of Christ must be evident in us. If our life is not Christ-like, we have failed Christ.

4. Love: Look, if what we are doing is not characterized by love we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Love, don't hate; Love, don't destroy people; Love, don't intimidate people. We were all created in the image of God. Don't claim you love God and hate your brother or sister. May the Lord help us to practice His word. Amen.
